Classes at The Maker Space

The Maker Space is a fantastic location in Nuffield, Oxfordshire. A 300 year old pub which after being abandoned for 8 years has been loving restored and turned into a Cafe, Craft Store and Artisan Workshop Space. The fantastic thing about the Maker Space is that the focus isn’t just on textile, many different Makers and Artists teach at this venue. Its a real hub of creativity and I am fortunate enough to be able to teach in this vibrant and fun environment and below are some of the classes currently on offer.

Behind the scenes….

If you have never been to an in person workshop before have a look through the below gallery to see what others have achieved. Lots of the participants were either new to sewing or hadn't sat down at a sewing machine in years!

My goal in workshops it to create a calm supportive environment for you to build both your confidence and skills on a Sewing Machine. Everything is easier when you know how and my goal is to guide you along that journey.
